3D Modeling & CAD - Create and refine detailed CAD models (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and update design tables within established frameworks.
Prototype & Testing - Build, evaluate, and test prototypes to validate function, usability, and manufacturability.
Quality & Validation - Assist in QA reviews of new and existing products, identifying issues early and recommending improvements.
Collaboration - Work closely with engineers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure designs meet technical, cost, and production feasibility.
Manufacturing Knowledge - Apply understanding of milling processes, punching, and fabrication techniques to ensure design-for-manufacture.
Design Support - Provide day-to-day design assistance on product modifications, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation - Maintain accurate project files, drawings, and reports throughout the design cycle.
