Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cladder/Roofer to join our team for this two-month project working 5 10's with a shift rotation of 2 weeks on 1 week off .

The ideal candidate will have experience in cladding/roofing installation, repair, and maintenance. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for ensuring that cladding/roofs are installed correctly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Flights and camp provided if applying from out of town

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and provide appropriate solutions for repairs. Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions. Ensure proper installation of insulation and vapor barriers as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices. Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From $46.22 per hour
