Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment within a manufacturing facility. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets quality standards.

For over 50 years, TriHawk (privately owned) has manufactured a full range of metal-cutting, surgical, finishing & diamond burs. TriHawk is a leader in the field of oral health promoting single-use dental bur applications.

Opportunity Description: $18 - $20 hour

(1 full-time position)

with an increase after completion of 6 month of training of $.50

The Welder Operator is a position that requires the operator to also be cross-trained in various positions as they gain experience for production & support assignments.

Working environment is a safety first, fast paced hands that requires excellent time & priority management & includes:

Standing, walking, sitting

:

This job is performed from a sitting position Up to 15 minutes of standing at a comparator to test parts. The tests on the comparator occurs once every hour

Lifting up to 10lbs. from waist to shoulder:

Carrying a bottle of carbide pills up 3 stairs and dumping the pills into a bowl occurs on average once every 3 days.

Stair Climbing:

Climbing 3 stairs to change parts, carbide and shanks, in the bowls, occurs average once every days

Use of hands - Gripping & pinching:

Parts are constantly picked up with fingers & are then examined for defects with a loupe

Monday to Friday & then moves to a two shift a two shift rotation Monday to Friday. One week days M-T 5:00am - 3:00pm & Friday 5:00 to 1:00pm. One week evenings M-T 3:00pm - 2:00am (with shift premium) .Areas of cross trained work assignments may include the following: inspection, rolling, testing, product cleaning, coating applications & induction welding.
