What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee on-site teams during indoor air quality projects Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors Provide hands-on support and mentorship to crew members Monitor quality control and compliance with safety regulations
What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a duct cleaner Previous experience as a foreman, supervisor, or lead hand Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Commitment to workplace safety and excellence
Nice to Have:

Experience in indoor air quality, mold remediation, or environmental services Certifications such as WHMIS, First Aid, or other relevant safety training

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
