Position Overview

Reporting to the Preconstruction Project Manager, the Project Coordinator supports project planning, coordination, and execution. They manage timelines, resources, and communication between teams and stakeholders while tracking progress and ensuring project goals and budgets are met. Responsibilities include risk assessment, procurement, and compliance to maintain efficiency and quality. By leveraging project management tools, they optimize operations, resolve issues, and uphold high standards. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.

Location:?Hybrid. Travel to project sites may be required.
Hours:?Project Specific - 40hr work weeks
Salary Range: $24.00 - $30.00 (Hourly); $48,000 - $60,000 (Annually)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Liaise with Preconstruction Manager to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Support budget preparation and track project expenditures. Involvement with procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication. Assist in contract administration, issuing and tracking relevant project documentation, including RFI and CO's. Use software and tracking tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures as needed. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates. Assist the Project Manager with monthly volume tracking and invoicing. Develop scheduling and forecasting reports. Support budget preparation and provide input for estimates and quotes.
Qualifications & Skills

1-3 years of relevant industry experience. Experience in managing projects from conception to delivery, with a strong ability to track progress. Ability to read project drawings. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Autodesk software. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in project reporting, budgeting, and documentation to maintain project efficiency and compliance.
