Primary Purpose: The Indigenous Community Coordinator is a new term position created to gather and understand the various health resources available to children in Indigenous communities across Saskatchewan. The successful applicant will engage with community leaders, health practitioners and Department faculty. The information gathered will inform a Provincial strategy of pediatric care for children within Indigenous and remote communities.
Nature of Work: Reporting to the Manager, Pediatrics, this position balances administrative and project management work, alongside community engagement. The work is performed in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. The successful candidate will assist in the design of the project, which will inform the delivery and implementation of a strategic planning initiative.
