is seeking 2 dynamic, self-motivated freelance sales representatives to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a 100% commission-based compensation structure for individuals ready to drive sales and expand our client base using a multi-faceted approach.

As a freelance sales representative for AllClean Solutions, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into loyal customers. Your primary focus will be on promoting our comprehensive range of cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach potential clients and schedule appointments

- Engage in door-to-door sales efforts within Calgary

- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to attract new customers

- Present our cleaning services to prospects and close sales

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

- Collaborate with the AllClean Solutions team to achieve sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships

Sales Methods -------------

Cold Calling:

You will be expected to make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential clients. This includes researching prospects, preparing pitch scripts, and following up on leads. Our goal is to schedule in-person appointments or secure immediate service bookings.

Door-to-Door Sales:

You'll canvas designated neighborhoods and business districts, introducing our cleaning services directly to property owners and managers. This face-to-face interaction allows for personalized pitches and immediate rapport building.

Online Marketing:

Leverage social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels to generate leads and promote AllClean Solutions. You'll create engaging content, manage online campaigns, and convert digital inquiries into sales.

Compensation:

This position offers a 100% commission-based bi-weekly pay structure, providing unlimited earning potential for high-performing individuals. Our competitive commission rates ensure that your hard work directly translates to financial rewards.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the service industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for door-to-door sales activities

- Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

- Familiarity with the cleaning industry is a plus, but not required

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

- Resilience and positive attitude in the face of rejection

Lead Generation Payouts: Non-Salary

At AllClean we have 2 subscription service packages and 1 single service.

- $400/mo subscription service (weekly cleaning): $60 per lead

- $200/mo subscription service (bi-weekly cleaning): $40 per lead

- $100 Single Service Charge (one time clean): $20 per lead
