Your Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs Recommend tailored life insurance solutions--term, whole life, or universal life Educate clients on topics such as retirement planning, family protection, and estate strategies Build lasting, trust-based relationships through empathy, transparency, and consistent follow-up Maintain organized, compliant records using digital CRM tools Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes Achieve performance targets while maintaining a client-first, ethical approach Identify opportunities for added value through complementary financial planning solutions

What You Bring

A valid life insurance license At least 2 years of experience in life insurance or financial services Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, service-focused style Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools A motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client success and long-term growth
