Candidates are offered a competitive commission and renewal commissions with equity.

We are looking for candidates who wish to transition to a full time broker role. If you excel in sales and have a referral network, a career in insurance is the perfect fit. As a broker, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you'd like.
We are a 60+ team of brokers and staff with a proven track record assisting new brokers to succeed in the industry.
Available markets: AVIVA, INTACT, OPTIMUM WEST, WAWANESA, PEMBRIDGE, MAX INSURANCE, TRAVELERS, WAWANESA, SMI(PENDING), SGI, MUTUAL FIRE, PORTAGE MUTUAL, PEACE HILLS, NORDIC INSURANCE
Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and claims
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in using computer software for managing client information and generating quotes

Pay: $33,959.20-$96,673.12 per year
