Job Description

We are looking for an experienced driver to work Monday to Friday Part-Time doing deliveries throughout Winnipeg, Selkirk and surrounding areas.

The qualified candidate MUST HAVE A THEIR OWN VEHICLE WITH VALID REGISTRATION.

We deliver anything from construction supplies to tires to envelopes to medicinal and everything else in between. You will receive orders from dispatch to pick up and load orders in your vehicle and follow a pre-planned delivery route. Support is also provided on shift by our dispatch team. We can have you driving with us as soon as a week!

This is an Independent Contractor position that requires the use of your own vehicle and your own smartphone with a 5G data plan. Compensation is paid semi-monthly on the 1st and 16th of every month.

For this role, we are looking for reliable and consistent availability on:
Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 5:00pm

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract Must have an SUV or minivan A smartphone with a data plan Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to provide a criminal record check Must be trainable and coachable Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate A positive, can-do, and friendly attitude!

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Work well under pressure and tight deadlines Must be able to work under limited supervision Ability to work independently Must have strong communication skills verbally and mobile messaging
Job Duties:

Organize and load orders in own vehicle Pick up and deliver orders in a timely fashion Return all completed paperwork to dispatch team Pay is commission based (per-delivery)
