We support online businesses and course creators to facilitate faster growth through automation, business systems and administrative support to save them time.
Our team currently consists of an OBM, Social Media Implementers, and (6) Virtual Assistants. We're a close-knit, easy-going team and pride ourselves on excellence and exceeding client expectations!
This contract position is for you if:

THE CONTRACT ROLE
Supporting clients and helping their businesses by performing general administrative duties including but not limited to:
Communicate with clients weekly to plan out priorities and discuss previous weeks' tasks
Track project deliverables - Target 24 hour turn around task completion
Support client development and execution of projects including word processing, spreadsheets, coordination of deadlines, and meeting summaries.
Manage client's calendars (scheduling and booking/adding appointments)
Liaison with client's customers and/or answering support tickets
Manage client's email (setting up templates, auto-responders, filters, deleting/unsubscribing)
Edit, proofread and produce Microsoft Office suite documents, Google suite documents and PDFs.
Database maintenance (updating contacts, sending newsletters, etc.)
Returning or making phone calls
Assist with event planning and managing client lists for events
Travel booking and arrangements
Personal tasks (booking doctor's appointments, finding gifts, sending flowers etc.)
Suggesting better efficiencies with systems or processes
Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for each client
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years previous office experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate to advanced skill levels with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms and Slides, and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strength in recognizing and communicating opportunities to free up more of our client's time/resources
Fast learner with a desire to grow professionally and personally.
Collaborative and communicative team player, but with ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Willing and able to learn new skills and concepts quickly
