Job Description
Care Possible is a service where clients seeking self-managed care services like in-home care and respite connect with care providers. Supported by our Customer Experience team, our community of Independent Care Providers deliver exceptional service to clients throughout Manitoba based on their individual needs.
On behalf of a client, we are currently looking for a kind, compassionate, reliable care provider to join our community and provide support for a care recipient with dementia. Support includes offering engaging companionship, keeping her mind active, and assistance with baking, cooking, and light housekeeping.
Care Possible is not an employer, the role would be as an Independent Care Provider meaning you and your client(s) will agree on schedules and rates of pay.

Key Responsibilities
Offer companionship and support with baking and cooking Support with light housekeeping and daily routines Maintain a safe, respectful and engaging environment Communicate effectively with the client and family
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and adapt to different home environments Recent background checks are an asset A valid driver's license and own vehicle is strongly preferred Experience as a care provider or supporting individuals with dementia is preferred Health Care Aide or other certifications is an asset
