As we expand our trade and B2B division, we're looking for experienced
independent reps
who already call on interior designers, home builders, property managers, or commercial developers -- and are looking to add a premium window treatment line to their portfolio.
What You'll Do
Identify and pursue B2B opportunities with interior designers, builders, general contractors, and property managers
Pitch and present Morningside's product offerings and trade program
Nurture relationships with new trade clients
Collaborate with our internal team to hand off orders and projects for quoting measurements and installation
Attend industry events, trade shows, or networking functions (optional but encouraged)

$250 one-time flat fee per qualified new trade account
7% commission
on net sales (with performance-based bonus tiers)
Fast quoting, samples, and sales enablement provided by our team
Installations, production, and service handled by our team

Ideal Candidate
3+ years experience in
B2B sales
or business development in one or more of these industries:
Interior design
Construction / home building
Property management
FF&E / building product sales (lighting, cabinetry, flooring, etc.)
Already serving a book of trade or commercial clients
Self-directed and relationship-driven
Comfortable closing sales in person, by phone, and via email
Familiar with quoting, project timelines, and product specs
Based in or familiar with
Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or surrounding
market
Compensation
Fixed fee + Commission
Performance-based structure:
$250 one-time fee per qualified new B2B client (who places a minimum $1,800 order)
7% commission on net sales for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the client's first paid order.
Bonus: +2% monthly on >$10K in sales, +3% quarterly on >$30K in sales
