Role Designation:

Hybrid with a requirement to go into our office in Scarborough (ON) once a week or on a business need basis.




In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving Allstate Canada's inclusive culture. You'll lead the charge in developing and executing diversity strategies that make a real impact, champion and support our employee impact and networking groups (EIGs and ENGs), and embed inclusive practices throughout the employee experience. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business, influence change, and bring fresh ideas that reflect both global and local diversity trends. Accountabilities



Provide strategic guidance, governance and operational support to Employee Impact and Networking Groups (EIGs and ENGs), fostering alignment with business goals and inclusive culture priorities Align and implement global inclusive diversity strategies and activation plans that are embedded across talent, culture, and business processes Develop and deliver learning experiences, campaigns, and events that build inclusive leadership and cultural competence across the organization Monitor and analyze Canadian trends, best practices, and benchmarks to inform internal strategies and maintain a competitive edge Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and external organizations to co-create inclusive solutions and amplify diverse voices Track and report on key ID and culture metrics, program outcomes, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement Serve as a visible champion for inclusion, representing the company in internal Canadian forums and supporting leadership in modeling inclusive behaviors

Qualifications



Strategic mindset and strong business acumen with culture/people expertise, and able to translate business needs into inclusive diversity and related culture strategies Proven ability to understand and utilize data and analytics to drive insights and make business/talent decisions Strong consulting skills with the ability to scope, diagnose, and deliver solutions Deep understanding of inclusive diversity principles. Strong collaboration, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead without authority and inspire others Ability to build trust and credibility and navigate complex, interconnected relationships Demonstrates change agility and bias towards action Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software and HR Platforms preferred Ability to engage and collaborate with wide variety of different leadership styles and be able to adapt quickly Proven ability to demonstrate and coach others to use consulting framework (scoping, contracting, discovery/diagnostic, and delivery)
