This position focuses on providing thoughtful, individualized support to help our young learner continue to grow and thrive. He benefits from guidance in:

You will work closely with the classroom team and receive
one-on-one training and guidance from an Occupational Therapist (OT)
to specifically support this child's strengths and needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent, respectful one-on-one support indoors and outdoors
Support participation within the classroom community while observing and responding to developmental gains and emerging needs
Collaborate closely with the Lead Montessori Teacher and classroom team
Implement strategies recommended by the OT and teaching team
Support social interactions, emotional regulation, and independence in daily routines
Qualifications & Skills
Experience working with young children (early childhood, inclusion, or support roles preferred)
Ability to take direction, collaborate as part of a team, and adapt to a Montessori learning environment
Strong observation, communication, and reflective skills
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, one-on-one, and within a classroom setting
Knowledge of Indigenous culture is considered a strong asset

Full-day hours:
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
