The Incident Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of incidents within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to coordinate incident response efforts effectively.
Duties
Lead and coordinate incident response activities to ensure timely resolution
Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures
Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences
Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions for incident prevention
Utilize network monitoring tools to detect and respond to incidents promptly
Maintain knowledge of cloud computing, VPN, LDAP, and network security protocols
Utilize scripting languages for automation of incident response tasks
Qualifications
Proficiency in IT incident management processes and tools
Experience with Juniper, PaaS, Cloud architecture, and smash technologies
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud computing environments
Knowledge of network monitoring tools and protocols
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
