What You'll Do
Investly, our digital investing app, is on a mission to accelerate customer growth through bold, data-driven strategies--and incentives are one of our most powerful levers. As the Incentives Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how we attract, motivate, and retain customers by designing, optimizing, and scaling innovative incentive programs.
You will own a multi-quarter roadmap, experiment with new incentive models, collaborate with internal partners and senior leaders, and drive measurable business impact across the Investly ecosystem.
