What You'll Do

As part of our sales and service team, you'll:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and promote our services Follow up on warm leads generated by our field team (Sign Patrollers) Call existing customers for service follow-ups and upselling opportunities Present clear service options and close sales confidently Identify new business opportunities through calls and referrals Keep detailed notes of all interactions in our job management software Work closely with Technicians to ensure smooth service delivery and happy customers

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales or customer service (call center, cell phone, or automotive sales preferred) Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality Strong communication and people skills Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player Experience in the sign or electrical industry is a plus, but not required
