As an Inbound Sales, you will be the main point of contact for our existing clients. Instead of cold-calling or hunting for new customers, you will focus on supporting and growing current b2b accounts, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase sales performance.
This role requires strong communication and soft skills, an eye for trends, and the ability to coordinate with both clients and internal teams to drive results.
Duties
Act as the primary contact for assigned b2b accounts and store owners.
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and platform messaging to address needs, answer questions, and provide sales insights.
Manage outbound sales orders on various operational platforms, ensuring smooth processing and timely delivery.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, providing support and guidance to help them grow their business.
Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to boost sales (e.g., promotions, product mix, pricing adjustments).
Regularly introduce new products or seasonal items to clients to increase engagement and drive sales growth.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotional terms with clients.
Collaborate with internal operations/marketing teams to implement sales campaigns and growth initiatives.
Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales and account reports.
Skills
1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or related industries).
Strong communication and negotiation skills (phone and email).
Excellent relationship-building skills; comfortable being client-facing.
Analytical mindset with ability to identify sales trends and opportunities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
