About the Role:

, the

Inbound Receiving Team Lead

will be responsible for managing the daily inbound flow of goods -- ensuring all client shipments are received, verified, counted, and stocked with 100% accuracy. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operational execution with process improvement.

You'll coordinate receiving schedules, assign workloads, and ensure your team follows proper procedures for auditing and documenting inventory. You'll also take ownership of maintaining receiving KPIs, improving efficiency through updated SOPs, and ensuring all inventory data is accurate in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the inbound receiving team, ensuring all shipments are unloaded, checked, counted, and verified accurately. Schedule team members and allocate daily tasks to meet receiving targets. Audit received goods against packing lists and purchase orders to ensure accuracy. Create, document, and refine SOPs for inbound receiving processes. Monitor KPIs such as receiving turnaround time, accuracy rate, and audit compliance. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve team productivity. Ensure all inventory transactions are completed accurately within the WMS. Work closely with the Fulfillment Operations Manager and other team leads to maintain seamless warehouse flow. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized receiving area at all times.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role. Strong background in inbound receiving, auditing, and inventory control. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proven track record of accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement. Ability to lead a small team and maintain a high-performance culture. Forklift certification is an asset but not required.
