About the Role

As an Inbound Call Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients reaching out to Aroma Bliss. This role is essential to ensuring a positive customer experience, as you will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist customers with professionalism and care. You will work within a supportive team environment where your communication skills and dedication to service will shine.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally while maintaining a warm and welcoming tone. Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, bookings, or general inquiries. Resolve customer concerns by providing clear information, troubleshooting, or escalating issues when necessary. Document and update client records accurately within internal systems. Manage a steady flow of calls while maintaining high levels of service quality. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. Uphold Aroma Bliss's commitment to professionalism, wellness, and customer-centered care. Follow company protocols to ensure consistent communication standards. Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with our brand values. Contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration, communications, or a related field is an asset. Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate call systems and update records accurately. Excellent listening skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-focused mindset.
