We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant&ToddlerTeacher to join our Happy Kids Castle Daycare team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones and fostering a love for learning. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children. Bilingual skills in English is highly valued, especially for programs serving diverse communities. The Preschool Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to ensure each child's individual needs are met in a safe and inclusive setting.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Facilitate engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records of developmental milestones Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns Collaborate with colleagues to organize classroom activities and school events Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and safety Incorporate inclusive practices to support children with disabilities or special needs Use computer skills to document student progress and communicate with families through digital platforms Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with licensing regulations

Requirements

1year experience working with children certification in early childhood education First Aid 3 reference letters Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent time management skills to balance lesson planning, documentation, and classroom activities Compassionate attitude, patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for early childhood development
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
