In Process Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor

What you will do:

Ensure Compliance

: Maintain vigilance in production areas, ensuring strict adherence to safety, GMP regulations, and industry standards.

Lead and Guide

: Provide guidance to line staff, addressing any violations and escalating critical issues when necessary.

Quality Monitoring

: Conduct quality audits across multiple production lines, ensuring all activities meet regulatory requirements.

Drive Continuous Improvement

: Identify, document, and report deviations from SOPs, protocols, and batch records to ensure continuous improvement in production processes.

Collaborate and Support

: Work alongside the QA team, QC Manager, and production staff to uphold our commitment to quality and process excellence.

GMP Documentation

: Participate in maintaining GMP documentation, assisting with audits, and contributing to the accurate storage of production samples.

Problem Solving

: Apply your analytical skills to resolve issues and assist in the successful completion of testing and inspections.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent (Engineering fields or Quality specific) 2 years experience in a GMP regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Food, Consumer product or Personal Care Product manufacturing setting in Technical or Production functions) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. GMP Manufacturing, Product Knowledge and GDP training an asset Capable of working at a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Accuracy with a high attention-to-detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
