Responsible for monitoring the filling and packaging process and performing the required online checks to ensure that the product meets its required specification.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

4:30 pm to 1:00 am

What you will do:



Maintain vigilance in production areas for compliance to required safety and GMP regulations. Provide necessary guidance to the line staff and report any violations to management. Monitor GMP multiple production lines for quality auditing and inspection requirements. Identify, document, and report deviations from regulations, protocols/batch records, SOPs, and specifications. Ensure production staff follows required GMP practices for hygiene, equipment clearance and cleaning procedures and production set up. Review & verify "Checkweigher" set up and required Challenge Test activities. Ensure that all equipment used for online testing and / or production have valid calibration. Responsible for proper execution of online testing following the proper analytical testing methods or SOPs for required examination of finished products' Key Quality Attributes (KQAs). Resolve issues encountered and escalate critical issues to QA Manager or other senior staff when further support is needed. Verify, investigate, and audit production processes and its conformance to Quality Assurance standards and procedures. Participate in GMP documentation, maintenance, closure of filling jobs and submission of documentation to QA Specialist. Prepare and participate in required GMP audits for self and external inspection processes. Identify and label Retain samples from the production and log it in the Finished Product Retention Inventory Log. Align with QC Manager for retained sample storage and organization. Coordinate with QC Manager for stability samples when a new product/formula is introduced.

What you will need:



GMP Manufacturing, Product Knowledge and GDP training an asset Capable of working at a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Accuracy with a high attention-to-detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must Have:



Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent (Engineering fields or Quality specific) 2 years experience in a GMP regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Food, Consumer product or Personal Care Product manufacturing setting in Technical or Production functions) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
