We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide counseling and support to individuals, families and couples experiencing mental health challenges. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address clients' emotional and psychological concerns
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work of Psychotherapy.
- Valid Registration license for the college and personal liability insurance coverage.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of psychiatric diagnoses
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in data collection and case management software Dropbox.

Pay: $100.00-$120.00 per hour
