As a Commission-Based Sales Representative for ShelfGenie, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying potential clients and promoting our custom pull-out shelving solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage with homeowners, and close sales deals. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and creativity to provide tailored shelving solutions that meet our customers\' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners to understand their storage challenges and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate ShelfGenie\'s custom pull-out shelving solutions using SketchUp software.
• Collaborate with the design team to create detailed 3D renderings and accurate quotes for customers.
• Educate clients on the benefits of ShelfGenie products and articulate how our solutions can transform their living spaces.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the installation process and post-sales support.

• Proven experience in commission-based sales, preferably in the home improvement or interior design industry.
• Familiarity with SketchUp or similar software to create 3D renderings is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a sales pipeline effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• A genuine interest in home organization and interior design is a plus.
