Job Description

Les Marches TAU is a family-owned health food retailer committed to providing clients with high-quality organic and natural products. We're currently seeking an Import & Branding Assistant to support key initiatives across importing, private label coordination, and brand development.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Strategy to help bring products to market and ensure they're effectively positioned both in-store and online. This is a hands-on, dynamic position -- perfect for someone organized, adaptable, and creatively inclined. You'll gain experience in everything from international logistics to retail branding.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Generate private label purchase orders Track international shipments and manage supplier communications Organize and maintain import documentation Coordinate with store management and warehouse staff Support new product launches across grocery and food service Assist with product listings, presentations, and branding initiatives Contribute to creative projects such as packaging, displays, or sampling concepts Generate invoices and assist with administrative tasks Provide support on additional projects as needed by the Director of Strategy

Work Experience

2 years or more in fields related to importing, retail, or marketing, We're looking for someone who's curious, open-minded, and willing to grow with the role.

Detail-oriented and proactive A creative problem-solver with strong communication skills Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and changing priorities Open-minded and positive attitude Bonus if you've worked in importing, retail, or marketing, but not required. We're looking for someone who's curious, open-minded, and willing to grow with the role. Fluency in French and English required (oral and written)
