We are in high growth mode and building for the future, which is where you come in!The Implementations & Solutions Lead - Transportation will provide innovative transportation design and solutions to drive new Business Development and existing operations. Solutions range from resource and vehicle planning, operational optimization and system architecture improvements. You will be heavily involved in new business pursuits, responsible for costing, route efficiency specifications, operational and physical delivery setup and design. You will lead and support new merchant implementations against the proposed solutions, design models and ensure timely and quality execution of onboarding milestones and service launches. You have strong analytical, organizational and time management skills to successfully lead strategic business projects and implementations working with various cross functional teams and partners to lead design and project work, and play an active role in pursuit engagements.Key Responsibilities:

• Communicates with customers and sales partners and quickly comprehends multi variable problems.
• Work independently and make logical assumptions to complete objectives.
• Ability to write reports and articulate complex conceptual ideas.
• Analyze data files to formulate insight and impact presentation
• Develop presentations to support solutions and sell ideas to clients
• Analyze existing transportation and delivery methodologies and recommend modification necessary to improve and streamline these processes
• Analyze workforce utilization, capacity planning, delivery flow patterns and operational data to determine efficient utilization of systems, labor and vehicles.

What We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of ten years experience in transportation, distribution and operations environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a professional team environment to collaborate and listen to new ideas.
• Ability to see around corners and strong logical reasoning to manage complex problems and understand detailed assumptions.
