Doxim is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Ontario. We are expanding quickly and seeking to hire a graduate of the Fanshawe College CPA program for the Implementation Specialist role to help sustain that growth.

JOB DEFINITION:

The .Net Implementation Specialist will be tasked with deploying and supporting Doxim\'s suite of hosted banking front office applications: Doxim Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Doxim Loans Origination System (LOS), and Doxim Account Opening System (AOS).

The Implementation Specialist will methodically work with our customers, business systems analysts, and project teams to integrate, configure, and deploy our products with the clients banking systems as part of new implementations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act independently or work among a diverse team of cross-functional members and customers.

***This is a 100% Remote Position with most of the team members based out of London, Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area***

You will:

  • Be detail oriented and be able to methodically follow the technical steps required to deploy and configure Doxim\'s banking front office SaaS products.
  • Integrate with client banking system patterns using VB.NET
  • Working with Doxim DevOps team, configure IIS to deploy web-based SaaS enterprise application environments for Doxim\'s Banking Front Office suite of products.
  • Be responsible for execution and modification of database scripting and import/export services with MS SQL Data structures to deploy and configure application databases.
  • Work with customers to jointly define and establish connectivity between Doxim\'s hosted servers to the customer\'s banking environment.
  • Configure batch processes and 3rd Party integrations with the Doxim applications
  • Work with the Doxim Business Systems Analyst to understand customer goals and objectives for Doxim\'s products and configure the solution accordingly.
  • Support customer acceptance investigating issues as assigned by the Doxim Business Systems Analyst or customer.
  • Create detailed production deployment plans and work with the Doxim Devops group to execute on those plans.
  • Provide input into detailed technical implementation tasks to the Doxim Project Manager and support analysis and estimation on change requests.
  • Answer questions and provide technical guidance for level 1 production support resources.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate customer support cases as part of the level 2 support team.
Must Haves:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio
  • Working knowledge of VB.NET and MSSQL
  • Understanding of core programming concepts, theories and patterns
  • Working knowledge of VPN or certificate-based connectivity concepts
  • Ability to follow process and detailed instructions.
  • Post-secondary degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience in an enterprise software-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of relational data modeling
  • Detail oriented with a strong commitment to quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately understand the customer\'s challenge and be able to instruct them how to utilize our product to solve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team to troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues with other internal departments.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure proper follow up and adherence to project timelines.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate challenges and make decisions.
  • Ability to understand client business processes and architect solutions
  • Ability to learn quickly as our products often have new releases with new functionality.
Great to haves:
  • Experience working with IIS, XML and web services is considered a valuable asse
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS an asset
  • Experience working in the financial services sector
  • ASP.Net MVC
  • Exposure to Project Management practices
  • Experience with creating reports in MS Reporting Services
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Experience with PowerShell
