Northern Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Implementation Lead to drive the successful coordination, execution, and integration of priority projects.
The Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the coordination and completion of projects or initiatives within the Health Service Delivery Area assigned by the Health Service Administrator or designate. The incumbent provides implementation, project management, q u a l i t y / process improvement and change management leadership, expertise, education, facilitation and coaching as required to team members assigned to priority operational projects. The incumbent resolves operational issues for assigned priority projects in adherence with guidelines set by the Health Service Administrator or designate and serves as a principle point of contact for all teams and services who are involved or impacted by the identified projects, to enable performance improvement and excellence in care and service.
The Lead assists with planning, implementation and monitoring of project outcomes and works closely with the Senior Operational Leaders and their leadership teams to address the impact of changes to ensure an effective and efficient implementation.
Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
Nats'oojeh Hospital and Health Centre
This new state-of-the-art facility is three times the size of the previous hospital and includes 27 beds, with 18 long-term care and 9 acute-care beds. It features an expanded emergency department, larger laboratory and diagnostic imaging spaces, and has been designed to be welcoming to everyone, reflecting local Indigenous culture.
The new facility has improved the healing environment and provides culturally safe care for residents of Fort St. James, surrounding areas, and local Indigenous communities.

is Located on the southeast shore of Stuart Lake is the district of Fort St. James. The town has been restored as a national historic site and has a total population of approximately 4,500. The main industries in Fort St. James are forestry, mining and tourism. The town is also a scenic gateway to a 300 km network of lakes and rivers. Fort St. James is well serviced, has affordable housing and is close to big city amenities. There are two elementary schools and one secondary school. Qualifications
Baccalaureate Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Administration, Education or a related field, with a focus on the public sector environment.
Five (5) to seven (7) years recent, related experience in implementation, project management, change management and/or process improvement, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills and Abilities:
