We're looking for our next Implementation Lead, Product. Could it be you?

Flexiti is looking for an Implementation Lead to join our Implementation team under the Product organization. The Implementation Lead will act as the primary business and semi-technical subject matter expert (SME) supporting our Merchant Partners integrations via software & service-based financing solutions. This individual will be the point of contact for Merchant technology teams and bring tactical and strategic guidance to achieve the quickest time to value for our Merchants.

The Implementation lead will manage a pipeline of client-facing integration projects (e-Commerce plugins, REST APIs, etc.) with a focus on partnership building, best practice, and on-time/on-scope delivery to ensure successful onboarding. In addition to integration work, the Implementation lead will directly interface the merchant experience product teams in creating requirements and development roadmaps with the goal of providing a Best-In-Class integration experience for our Merchant Partners.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage multiple API and eCommerce implementations for Merchant Partners, acting as a hybrid project manager and business/semi-technical consultant. Participate in late-stage meetings and technical pitches with Merchant stakeholders to consult on product capability and educate on technical implementation (including configuration, integrations, and customizations). Provide end to end support for Merchant technology teams through all phases of the onboarding process: planning, design, testing, launch and post-deployment support. Lead project design sessions and provide guidance and best practices on configuration options and workflow design to meet Merchant needs. Ensure all implementations are fully tested and ready for deployment and escalate any implementation problems you discover, proactively driving forward solutions. Develop industry, functional, and product expertise while bringing product recommendations and merchant feedback to Flexiti product organizations. Write public facing, professional-grade documentation to effectively guide Merchants through the onboarding process.

Extremely organized and solutions-oriented, with excellent critical thinking, and well developed written and verbal communications skills. Comfortable leading external communications, training, and presentations. At least 4+ years in an Analyst / Technical Analyst or similar role, preferably in an enterprise-level Finance environment. Functional knowledge, or confidence of learning technical concepts to provide implementation guidance on Single Sign-On, REST APIs, eCommerce, and POS solutions. Effective at building, maintaining, and growing relationships with stakeholders in a variety of venues (e.g., Senior-level meetings, formal requirements gathering sessions, etc.). A keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize and escalate issues, as necessary. Can thrive in a fast-paced, high agency environment. Functional Database querying skills (SQL, MongoDB) are mandatory. French or Spanish language skills are a plus.
