Join our team to work in our ServiceNow practice where you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to clients in leveraging ServiceNow and the Now Platform to meet their business needs and realize full value from their investment. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design customized solutions, configure the Now Platform, and provide end-user training with the backing of an exceptional team with a 30+ year delivery track record, deep integration and development expertise and disciplined engineering practices.At Intelliware, we have virtual collaborative project rooms with cross-functional teams where you will assess client requirements, design and configure ServiceNow solutions, provide technical and process engineering expertise, and lead the implementation process. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices, provide training and support to end-users, and ensure the timely completion of projects while ensuring our track record of referenceable clients. You will find continuous opportunities to grow, share knowledge and teach within your team and within the expert communities at Intelliware via monthly educational sessions, study groups and hands-on R&D initiatives.While working within a team in an Agile environment, you will be:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and pain points across their services, processes, organization and technology lenses
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions and stakeholder meetings to demonstrate solution capabilities and drive adoption
  • Translate business requirements into effective Now Platform solutions, leveraging process automation tools, customizations, and configurations
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with best practices, easy experiences, resilient operations and accelerate transformation
  • Configure Financial Services Operations applications, processes, and objects to meet specific business needs to improve customer and employee experiences while accelerating innovation
  • Implement and manage data migration processes to ensure the accurate and secure transfer of data into ServiceNow and demonstrate value in the data captured and enhanced in the Platform
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide technical specifications for custom development when required
  • Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance of the configured ServiceNow solution to ensure the stability, functionality and performance
  • Foster strong client relationships and advocate the benefits and resources within the Now Platform to further drive the adoption of ServiceNow usage
  • Be a trusted partner and help customers take ownership of implementation solutions
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and prioritization of tasks related to ServiceNow implementation projects and monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
\'Must Have\' Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root cause and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members and document processes, requirements and solutions
  • Experience working in teams, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments, technologies and requirements
  • Exposure to agile methodologies to deliver implementations and solutions
  • Ability to analyze data and define and generate reports
\'Nice to Have\' Skills/Experience:
  • Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and processes
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience or coursework in scripting languages to automate workflows and activities
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Financial services business acumen such as accounting, finance and economics
