JLLT is seeking a Delivery Implementation Specialist to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) Client Delivery, Implementations & Engineering Services Team with a strong understanding of PDS project delivery.
This role would join the global Client Delivery Team providing overall service for complex business needs; inclusive of new system setups and technical project support for business capability needs. All services are designed to provide business capabilities in the most efficient and effective way while increasing business margin. The role will be involved in multiple phases of service delivery including input on enhancement design, configuration deployments, testing, training, and ongoing support.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
We are looking for a professional, with flexibility in global working hours, to collaborate with the global Client Delivery team in setting up client implementations, operationalizing new systems and supporting the maintenance of tools used by PDSs global Variable and Work Dynamics clients. Key to the role is exhibiting good technical and project management skills, along with building a trusted-advisor relationship with internal colleagues and clients.
Implementation/Organizational Activities:
Good ability to learn end-to-end knowledge of PDS suite of tools along with the respective applications business purpose
Ability to self-manage configuration of technology set-ups for our Clients for successful implementations
Contribute to application demos as needed
Ability to explain functional and technical requirements from business requirements
Effectively troubleshoot application escalations with client teams
Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously
Product & Business Expertise:
Deliver clearly articulated team objectives with timelines
Learn, understand and maintain knowledge about PDS technology product offerings
Keep informed of technology trends and developments
Key Performance Measures
Demonstrate client satisfaction deployment and process improvements
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Understanding of real estate project management process
IT friendly, eager to learn and understand project management system administration
Good presentation, written and oral communication skills
Ability to demo and present to an audience on-line and in-person
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
Able to synthetize important information and present solutions
Collaboration across regional and dispersed/virtual teams
1-2 years of relevant experience
Independent self-starter, reliable
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
