Responsibilities:
- Provide immigration consulting services to clients, including assessing eligibility, preparing applications, and advising on immigration processes and requirements
- Conduct thorough research on immigration laws, regulations, and policies to stay up-to-date with changes and developments
- Prepare and submit immigration documents, forms, and applications accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for their cases
- Maintain client files and records in an organized manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction
- Stay informed about current immigration trends, policies, and procedures Qualifications: -Valid RCIC License.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Farsi.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with complex documents
- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures is preferred
