We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients navigating the complexities of immigration processes. Your primary focus will be to assist individuals and families in understanding their options, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
Assess client needs and provide tailored advice on immigration options and processes.
Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress in databases.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with team members on case management and project coordination.
Organize files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
Present information clearly to clients through written communication.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document preparation and presentation.
Strong organizational skills for effective records management.
Experience with databases for tracking client information and case status.
Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
Project management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
