Job Description

Client Consultation



Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs. Provide advice on immigration options and strategies.

Document Preparation



Help clients gather and prepare necessary documentation. Ensure all forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Application Submission



Submit applications to relevant immigration authorities. Monitor application status and communicate updates to clients.

Legal Guidance



Explain immigration laws and regulations. Represent clients in immigration hearings or appeals, if qualified.

Research and Updates



Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and procedures. Provide clients with the latest information relevant to their cases.

Ethical Standards



Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics. Avoid conflicts of interest and provide honest assessments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
