Immigration Caseworking and Consulting Specialist

to join our Etobicoke office. This is a dual-role position involving both direct client consultations and supervision of immigration caseworkers.

. You will lead consultations for PR and temporary resident pathways, supervise the case preparation and application submission process, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality control of all files.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients for PR, PNPs, and Temporary Resident Visa/Permit pathways. Provide expert immigration advice and create customized immigration strategies. Supervise caseworkers handling visa and permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Review final submission packages for all immigration streams. Provide training, guidance, and oversight to junior staff. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRCC guidelines and provincial nomination programs. Support in business development and immigration sales through consultations and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal departments for smooth case handling and customer experience. Track application progress and update CRM systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Canadian immigration services. In-depth knowledge of LMIA, PNPs, PR, and Temporary Visa categories. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage and lead a team of caseworkers. RCIC license is an asset but not mandatory. Fluency in English, Punjabi and Hindi. Proficiency with immigration portals and documentation systems.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
