Earnest Immigration is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultancy based in Windsor, Ontario. We are growing and looking for a
driven Immigration Case Worker / Consultant
to join our team long-term.
What You'll Do
Prepare and submit Canadian immigration applications (PR, PNP, Sponsorship, LMIA, Work & Study Permits)
Draft submissions and supporting documents
Manage files, track applications, and follow up with authorities
Assist clients throughout the immigration process
Conduct legal and procedural research as needed
What We're Looking For
Minimum
1 year of Canadian on-shore immigration experience
Strong knowledge of IRCC processes, LMIA, PR & temporary residence
Excellent English communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi is a plus)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bonus Assets
CICC license
Bachelor's degree
