Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and organized

Case Worker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing support and resources to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and compassionately. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and analysis skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable to serve diverse client populations. The Case Worker will utilize various computer applications and databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate case management processes.

Responsibilities



Conduct client assessments to identify needs and develop individualized support plans Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case notes, and service documentation using databases and record management systems Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver appropriate services and resources Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Manage case files systematically, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards Facilitate communication between clients and service providers through effective negotiation and customer service skills Monitor client progress and adjust support plans as necessary, demonstrating strong analysis skills Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines Participate in team meetings and contribute to project management efforts using tools like Microsoft Project or SharePoint Assist in procurement processes when needed, including filing and record keeping

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, Project Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual ability in French is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating client needs and program data Experience with databases, records management, and administrative procedures Customer service orientation with the ability to negotiate solutions effectively Leadership qualities with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team Computer literacy across Windows platforms and familiarity with project management tools Strong writing skills for report generation and documentation purposes Time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks within deadlines Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
