Immigration Case Manager

to join our team!

What You'll Do

As our

Immigration Case Manager

, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and guiding clients through complex immigration processes. Your duties will include:

Overseeing the full lifecycle of applications: OINP, PNPs, LMIA, spousal/family sponsorships, etc. Conducting initial assessments and creating individualized care plans. Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates, and addressing concerns. Tracking deadlines, reviewing government correspondence, and ensuring timely submissions. Performing administrative tasks: data entry, document organization, filing. Maintaining case files and adjusting support plans as needed.

What We're Looking For

? Minimum

2 years

of experience in Canadian immigration case management (consultancy or law firm).
? Deep knowledge of

OINP

,

PNPs

,

LMIA

, and

family sponsorship

processes.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
? Committed to maintaining client confidentiality and providing top-tier support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
