Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background at an immigration office oversees and experience in managing various immigration cases, including TRV, Spousal Sponsorship, and PR applications. Responsibilities include client communication, document preparation, liaising with government agencies, conducting legal research, problem-solving, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth case progression and compliance with immigration laws.

Duties

Oversee and manage client immigration cases, including TRV (Temporary Resident Visa), Spousal Applications, PR (Permanent Residency) applications, and other immigration-related cases, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted on time. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case status, gather additional information or documents as needed, and offer guidance throughout the process. Prepare and review immigration applications, including TRV, Spousal Sponsorship, PR applications, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Communicate with government bodies, such as IRCC and CBSA, to follow up on case progress, resolve issues, and address any delays. Identify potential issues or complications in cases (such as missing documentation or eligibility concerns) and work with clients to resolve them effectively. Maintain detailed records of case files, track deadlines, and prepare regular reports on case statuses for management. Knowledge of Refugee cases will be an asset.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Immigration experience is a must. Ability to manage multiple cases, including TRV, Spousal Applications, PR applications, and others, while maintaining organized and up-to-date client files. Strong verbal and written communication to clearly explain complex immigration processes and answer client inquiries. Ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with immigration regulations for various visa and immigration applications. In-depth understanding of TRV, Spousal Applications, PR applications, and other immigration programs and requirements. Ability to identify challenges in clients' cases and provide solutions to overcome obstacles efficiently. Prioritizing tasks and handling multiple immigration cases simultaneously to meet deadlines.
