About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Immigration Caseworker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various types of Canadian immigration applications and providing high-quality support and advice to clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prepare applications for:

Student Visas

Temporary Resident Permits (TRPs)

Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs)

Work Permits

Post-Graduation Work Permits (PGWPs)

Provide

admission counselling

for international students, including college/university selection and application support. Liaise with clients, institutions, and government bodies on behalf of applicants. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within appropriate timelines. Maintain and update case files and track deadlines. Deliver excellent client service through email, phone, video, or in-person communication. Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, client communications, and follow-ups effectively. Stay updated on Canadian immigration regulations and policy changes.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years

of experience in a similar immigration or admissions role. Solid understanding of Canadian immigration processes and document requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using

CRM tools

and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace). Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an immigration consultancy or law firm. RCIC designation or certification (not mandatory, but an asset). Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially Hindi, Punjabi, Mandarin, or Spanish).
