Immigration Assistant – Full Time, Permanent

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Immigration Assistant to join our team at 320 Bay Street in downtown Toronto. This role involves preparing immigration forms, organizing client files, and maintaining accurate records to support our consultants. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an immigration consultancy or similar setting, and be comfortable handling administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities :



Fill out immigration forms accurately and efficiently Prepare and organize client files for internal review and submission Maintain digital records and update CRM systems Follow up on missing information and coordinate with clients and consultants Support the intake process for new clients

Qualifications:



Minimum

1 year of experience

working in an immigration consultancy or a similar administrative/legal setting Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Excellent written communication and organizational skills Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM platforms Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
