The Opportunity:

McCarthy Uniforms is urgently hiring Temporary Full-Time Retail Sales Associates at our Oakville store, located at 2501 Beryl Rd. Oakville, ON.

This is a short-term role for our busy back-to-school season. You must be available to start immediately and work full-time hours (Tuesday to Saturday) until at least September 13th.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service Dealing professionally and effectively with customer inquiries and concerns Informing and advising customers of each school's uniform pieces, including the logos, as well as compulsory and optional items Informing our customers of proper product and garment care instructions Replenishing and organizing stock according to merchandising and visual presentation plans Participating in the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire store Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Thrive in a team-oriented and fast paced environment Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Available to start immediately and commit to full-time hours until mid-September (Tuesday to Saturday schedule)

1+ years of retail experience is an asset, but not a requirement

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
