We are looking for a reliable and professional
Property Representative
to assist with daily rental operations in Miramichi, NB. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable dealing with potential tenants.Responsibilities:
Post advertisements for vacant apartments across approved rental platforms Assist the Company in filling apartment vacancies efficiently Manage inquiries from potential tenants and arrange apartment viewings Help select suitable tenants for the property according to company guidelines Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by Management from time to time
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage appointments and handle customer interactions Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently
Pay Rate:
$25 per hourLocation:
Miramichi, NBSchedule:
