The
Information Management Assistant
will report directly to the Senior Business Analyst and provide day-to-day IT/IM operations and administrative support to the staff team.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate User account creation and deactivation (including Ocean, ONEID, ClinicalConnect, LifeLabs etc)
Manage technical access processes for onboarding and offboarding
Perform low-level IT troubleshooting and ticket triage with third party vendor
Track hardware and software inventory and manage equipment replacement logs
Maintain accurate records for systems access and compliance audits
Support QI initiatives and EMR enhancements as directed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Combination of post-secondary education and/or experience in relevant disciplines
Solid computer skills in MS Office
Experience with EMR systems an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Able to manage time and work independently with a range of administrative tasks
Decision making within set guidelines
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environment
Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on data
Ability to travel to different sites when required
Willing to undergo a police criminal record and vulnerable sector check
