Candidate profile (text) - Default language IKEA MONTREAL CALL CENTER IS HOSTING A VIRTUAL HIRING EVENT ON SEP 28-29.

IKEA Call center is currently hiring for a variety of part-time and full-time Bilingual Call Center Co-workers.

You do not need call center experience, but you need to be comfortable providing written and oral support in French and English, and need to be able to learn quickly.

To qualify, you must have strong written and oral skills in both English and French, and must reside in the greater Montreal area.

As an IKEA Call Center Co-worker, you will...
-Provide sales and/or support to chat and inbound phone customers (for customers in both French and English)
-Solve problems while provide an excellent customer service experience
-Follow all guidelines and protocols of the Call Center

Note: the hourly wage will increase to $18.85 as of October 31st 2022.
