:We are offering an exciting opportunity for a IAM Engineer (Identity and Access Management Engineer for a client Mississauga, Ontario.Responsibilities:

• Managing identity systems with a focus on Okta and Microsoft Entra to ensure data security.

• Applying knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices to everyday tasks.

• Utilizing experience with identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enhance system security.

• Troubleshooting complex issues using excellent problem-solving skills.

• Collaborating in a team environment, using strong communication skills to effectively work with others.

• Working independently to think critically and solve problems.

• Managing other identity management solutions such as Ping Identity or SailPoint when necessary.

• Implementing knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python to streamline processes.

• Keeping up-to-date with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to identity management.

• Holding certifications in identity and access management, such as Okta Detail Oriented, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or ISC SSCP.

• Proficiency in using Okta for identity and access management
• Proficiency in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) processes and implementation
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID for secure identification
• Proficiency in Single Sign-On (SSO) processes and implementation
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell for task automation and configuration management
• Experience in using SailPoint for identity governance
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and data analysis
• SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner) certification is required
