If you are a motivated and experienced ICI Superintendent seeking a new challenge in the dynamic construction industry, we want to hear from you! Join our client\'s team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects in the thriving Niagara Region.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) construction projects within the Niagara Region.
  • Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including trades, subcontractors, and labor force.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
  • Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any project issues or conflicts.
  • Track project progress, update schedules, and report on milestones.
  • Foster positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

Competitive base + bonus|Vehicle allowance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ICI Superintendent, preferably within the Niagara Region or surrounding areas.
  • Strong knowledge of ICI construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
