Responsibilities:

Lead and assist in the installation of ICF systems for residential and commercial construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure ICF installations meet building codes and project specifications. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in ICF installation with a strong understanding of ICF construction techniques and best practices. Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
